The newest Color Splash FX 1.2.1 has been release by Android Slide with many features added such as Cool effect and Great sharing features.

Color Splash FX is a great app for your photos - as long as you can get the hang of it!
Color Splash FX works by desaturating your images and allowing you to replace or change the color. This means that you can make artistic images by picking and choosing which colors you want to show through - but you're going to need some talent to make it look good.
To use Color Splash FX, you can either take a photo via the app, or import images you've already taken.

Then, choose your brush, your colors, and get coloring! In this version, there are nine effects to apply - you'll find them in the top-right corner. Some parts of the developer's website suggest these effects are part of the Pro edition, but we could use them without issue in this free version of Color Splash FX.
The rest of Color Splash FX's buttons change the way you see and manipulate the screen, but it's not always easy to know which button does what.

If you get lost, hit the "i" for information button. Color Splash FX also lets you share your finished works of art - and in a pretty impressive way. You'll be able to save and email in the normal way, set your image as wallpaper, and share the art with a significant number of other apps and websites - Fancy, Picasa and Facebook, for starters.
The main problem we noticed with Color Splash FX is that it's actually quite difficult to apply the effects well, and we were testing on a tablet.

Lack of precision - the main problem - is likely to be even worse on a smaller screen. The pro version of the app offers magnification, and we'd be skeptical that you could produce anything really impressive without it.
